EPE Special Opportunities Limited has announced new share awards under its 2022 Share Matching Plan, involving key members of its investment advisory team, EPIC Investment Partners. These awards allow participants to acquire a future interest in the company’s ordinary shares, with full vesting scheduled for 2027. The transaction does not alter the number of shares in issuance.
