EPC Group Reports High Employee Engagement

Societe Explosifs et Produits Chimiques SA (FR:EXPL) has released an update.

EPC Group’s inaugural Social Barometer survey has shown outstanding employee engagement and satisfaction, with 89% of staff expressing full investment in their work and 87% recommending EPC as an employer. The survey, which had a notable 70% participation rate, highlighted key factors contributing to employee contentment including managerial respect, continuous training, and optimal safety conditions. These results align with EPC Group’s corporate culture and support its development strategy, as stated by the company’s executives.
