E&P Financial Group Ltd., an ASX-listed financial services group, has announced a plan to delist from the ASX, subject to shareholder approval. The company proposes an equal access buy-back of up to $25 million to offer liquidity to shareholders pre-delisting, and has secured commitments for a $12.5 million placement to partially fund the buy-back. Following shareholder feedback and additional ASX requirements, the company has postponed the extraordinary general meeting to November 1, 2024, to discuss these matters.
