E&P Financial Group Limited has announced a new securities issuance proposal consisting of unlisted unsecured convertible notes and attaching options exercisable at $0.52, set to be proposed on November 1, 2024. The proposal includes the issuance of 125,000 convertible notes and over 12 million attaching options, expiring at the end of October 2029.
