Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited has entered into a strategic framework agreement with Tianqi Grand Vision Energy Limited, a Hong Kong subsidiary of Tianqi Lithium Corporation, to collaborate on lithium-ion battery recycling and related technologies. The partnership covers joint R&D on full-process recycling and black mass processing, cross-equity investments to build closed-loop battery recycling capabilities starting in Hong Kong with plans for overseas expansion, and a supply arrangement under which Envision Greenwise will provide battery black mass materials to Tianqi Grand.
