Envision Greenwise Holdings’ Share Subscription Deal

Golden Ponder Holdings Limited (HK:1783) has released an update.

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited is set to expand its capital base by issuing new shares, with a subscription agreement already in place for a post-trading hours transaction on September 20, 2024. The deal, which is expected to raise an estimated HK$82.6 million in gross proceeds, is earmarked to fund the company’s EcoPark Project and bolster general working capital. The shares represent a minor increase in the company’s total issued shares and the subscription’s completion is subject to standard regulatory approval.
