Envirotech Vehicles (EVTV) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the unregistered sales of equity securities.

On January 25, 2024, the Company sold 150,000 shares of its common stock at $1.17 each to a private investor through a private placement, raising a total of $175,500, and this transaction was exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.
