EnviroSuite Director Increases Shareholding

EnviroSuite Ltd (AU:EVS) has released an update.

In a recent change of director’s interest filing with the ASX, EnviroSuite Limited revealed that Director Stuart Bland, through indirect interests via Infobrok Pty Ltd entities, has increased his stake in the company. Bland acquired 950,000 ordinary shares at a value of $55,407.16, expanding his total holdings to 1,550,194 ordinary shares and maintaining his 2,000,000 options. The transaction, completed on-market, did not see any disposals of existing shares.
