EnviroSuite Ltd has announced Colby Manwaring’s appointment as the new Chair of the Board, effective from 5 September 2024. Manwaring brings a wealth of international experience and a successful track record, notably as the former CEO of Innovyze, which was acquired for USD 1 billion. His leadership is expected to drive the company’s next global expansion phase, building on a strategic partnership with Hitachi Construction Machinery.
