Environmental Waste International Inc. has been fully acquired by Hydrotrux Group Ltd., resulting in the company’s shares being delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. Shareholders have received a cash payment for their shares, and Hydrotrux will seek to remove EWS as a reporting issuer under Canadian securities laws.
