EnviroGold Global Limited has successfully closed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $536,734 by issuing over 10 million units, with the total financing reaching $1,378,734. The funds are earmarked for scaling up the NVRO Clean Leach Process, a patented technology aimed at recovering valuable metals from mine waste in an environmentally sustainable manner. The company plans to use the proceeds to establish a demonstration facility, foster customer relationships, and cover general operating expenses.
