Entree Gold (TSE:ETG) has released an update.
Entrée Resources Ltd. has successfully conducted its annual general meeting, with all resolutions passing, including the appointment of six directors and the reappointment of their auditors, Davidson & Company LLP. Shareholders also approved the renewal of the Deferred Share Unit Plan. The company, which has a significant carried interest in the Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold project in Mongolia, remains in a strong position with support from major shareholders Horizon Copper Corp. and Rio Tinto.
