Entravision (EVC) has issued an update.
Entravision Communications Corporation announced significant changes to its executive team on May 9, 2024. Christopher T. Young and Juan Saldívar were dismissed from their roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, respectively, with severance as per the company’s pre-established plan. Mark Boelke has been appointed the new CFO and Treasurer, bringing his experience from serving as General Counsel since 2006. Additionally, Bill McNally has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller, leveraging his extensive background with the company and previous tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
