Enterprise Metals Limited is launching a funding initiative through a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, aiming to raise approximately $1.42 million. Eligible shareholders can purchase new shares at $0.004 each and receive free attaching unlisted options, with the offer closing at 5:00pm AWST on 11 June 2024. Interested shareholders can access offer documents and make payments online via the Automic investor portal, with no need to submit physical acceptance forms.
