Enterprise Metals Limited has announced a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer allowing eligible shareholders to purchase 1 new share at $0.004 each for every 2.5 shares owned, including a free-attaching option for each new share acquired. The offer, which is speculative in nature and carries investment risks outlined in the prospectus, will close at 5.00pm (AWST) on 28 June 2024.
