Enterprise Metals Ltd is set to raise approximately $1.42 million through a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer to its shareholders at $0.004 per share, with a bonus option for every share purchased. The capital raised is intended for exploration activities at the Eneabba East Project and other company projects, in addition to covering the costs of the offer and providing general working capital. Shareholders from Australia, New Zealand, and certain Hong Kong investors are eligible to participate, with the company directors confirming their full support for the entitlement.
