Enterprise Metals Director’s Stake Increases

Enterprise Metals Limited (AU:ENT) has released an update.

Enterprise Metals Limited has disclosed a significant change in the interests of director Dermot Ryan, who has acquired over 11.5 million ORD shares and a similar number of unlisted options at a valuation of $0.004 each. Following this transaction, Ryan’s total holdings have increased to over 40 million ORD shares and approximately 23 million options, with varying expiry dates. This change in director’s interest is associated with the company’s recent Entitlement Issue.
