Enterprise Group Inc. has successfully closed its previously announced private placement, raising $7 million through the sale of over 8 million units at $0.85 each. The offering included common shares and warrants, led by Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited, with the proceeds aimed at expanding Enterprise’s low-emission rental equipment fleet and for general corporate purposes. Notably, the placement included both ‘LIFE Units’, with no Canadian resale restrictions, and ‘Hold Units’, subject to a four-month hold period.
