Enterprise Development Holdings Limited has successfully completed the placement of 40,810,000 new shares, raising approximately HK$85.3 million in gross proceeds, with net proceeds of about HK$84.3 million after expenses. The new shares were placed at HK$2.09 each and represent approximately 16.66% of the company’s enlarged share capital post-completion. The funds are earmarked for investments in new business ventures such as artificial intelligence data centers and smart city construction, with a portion allocated for general working capital.
