BOFA confirmed no contentious issues need to be raised to shareholders, and while the re-appointment resolution has been withdrawn from the upcoming annual general meeting, other resolutions will remain unaffected. The company is actively seeking a new auditor to be appointed before the 2025 annual general meeting.
