Entegris, Inc. has strengthened its board by appointing David Reeder as a new independent director and also as a member of the Audit & Finance Committee. Meeting the Nasdaq’s stringent independence requirements, Reeder is recognized as an “audit committee financial expert” by the SEC. Along with his appointment, he received a prorated share of the standard compensation for non-employee directors, including restricted stock units and a portion of the annual retainer, with the company also providing an indemnity agreement to support his role.
