Entain plc, a prominent player in the global sports betting and gaming industry, has submitted an application for the block listing of 355,000 new ordinary shares to accommodate its Free Share Plan. These shares will be on par with current shares and are expected to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange starting 3 July 2024. The company is a FTSE100 entity, operating a portfolio of renowned brands, and is committed to ESG with a goal to achieve carbon net zero by 2035.
