Ensurge Micropower ASA has announced the issuance of shares to CEO/CFO Lars Eikeland as part of their 2022 Employee Share Purchase Plan. A total of 664,228 ordinary shares were issued at a subscription price of 0.9875 NOK per share, resulting in an aggregated price of 665,945 NOK. The transaction occurred on August 31, 2024, outside a trading venue.
