Ensurge Micropower ( (ENMPF) ) has issued an announcement.
Ensurge Micropower ASA has issued 1,909,313 new ordinary shares at an average subscription price of NOK 0.6387 to 10 employees and contractors participating in its 2025 Employee Share Purchase Plan. The plan allows eligible staff and contractors to invest up to 20% of their base salary or service fee in company shares during semiannual offering periods, with participation automatically renewed unless withdrawn.
The issuance, resolved on 5 March 2026 under an existing board authorization, will bring Ensurge’s total share capital to NOK 485,652,851.50 divided into 971,305,703 shares once registered. By facilitating ongoing employee and contractor ownership without requiring a listing prospectus under EU rules, the ESPP supports alignment of stakeholder interests and potentially strengthens long-term commitment to the company’s strategic direction.
