Ensurge Micropower ASA has completed a successful private placement, issuing over 75 million new shares across two tranches, resulting in a gross proceed of NOK 75 million and increasing its share capital to NOK 342,008,333. The company specializes in ultra-thin, flexible solid-state lithium microbatteries for small electronic devices, with advanced manufacturing capabilities in Silicon Valley. The placement was facilitated by Arctic Securities, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, and legal firms Ræder Bing and Thommessen AS.
