Ensurge Micropower (ENMPF) has released an update.

Ensurge Micropower ASA has announced a private placement of shares to raise NOK 75 million at NOK 1 per share, with a potential subsequent offering to raise an additional NOK 11.5 million, pending approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting around 14 October 2024. The offer includes up to 11.5 million new shares at the same price.
