Mr. Menezes brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, having served in various senior roles across ASX and SGX listed companies. His appointment coincides with the resignation of Mr. Daniel Smith and Mr. John Kay as Joint Company Secretaries. Additionally, the company has relocated its registered office and principal place of business to West Perth, Western Australia.
