Enquest (GB:ENQ) has released an update.
EnQuest PLC has repurchased 233,521 of its ordinary shares on 16 September 2024, with a portion designated for its Employee Benefit Trust and the remainder for cancellation. The buyback, executed at an average price of 11.70 GBp per share through Merrill Lynch, is part of a larger repurchase program since 29 April 2024, totaling over 31 million shares. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 1,884,092,217.
