Enquest (GB:ENQ) has released an update.
EnQuest PLC has actively engaged in a share repurchase strategy, acquiring 588,742 of its own ordinary shares across various trading venues on September 11, 2024, at an average price of 11.24 GBp per share. Since April 29, 2024, the company has bought back over 30 million shares, retaining 25 million in Treasury for their Employee Benefit Trust and canceling the rest. Post-cancellation, EnQuest’s total shares in issue and voting rights will be reduced, impacting shareholder notifications under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
