EnQuest PLC has reported on the recent purchase of its own ordinary shares, executed through Merrill Lynch on September 4, 2024. The company bought a total of 222,330 shares across different trading venues at an average price of 12.22 GBp per share. Post-purchase, 25 million shares are now held in Treasury for the Employee Benefit Trust, and the remaining shares have been cancelled, affecting the total number of voting rights.
