Enquest (GB:ENQ) has released an update.
EnQuest PLC has actively pursued its share repurchase program, buying back 153,340 Ordinary Shares on 2 September 2024 at an average price of 12.48 GBp per share, with some shares earmarked for retention in Treasury and others for cancellation. This activity is part of a larger effort that has seen the company spend over £3.7 million on repurchasing shares since April 29 of the same year, influencing the total voting rights in the company. Shareholders can use the new total of 1,888,676,977 voting rights as a reference for their own shareholding notifications.
