Since April 29, 2024, the company has acquired a total of 27,741,865 shares, with the majority destined for its Employee Benefit Trust and the remainder being cancelled, affecting the total voting rights in the company. The transaction underscores EnQuest’s ongoing capital return efforts to its shareholders.
