Enova International, Inc. is set to offer $261,353,000 in fixed-rate asset-backed notes through a private offering, with its subsidiary OnDeck Asset Securitization IV, LLC acting as the sole issuer. These notes, secured by a pool of small business loans, are not guaranteed by Enova or OnDeck, and their sale is restricted to qualified institutional buyers and certain non-U.S. persons. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and the offering’s specifics are contingent on market conditions.
