Ennoconn Corporation has made a mandatory unconditional cash offer to acquire all issued and paid-up ordinary shares of Nera Telecommunications Ltd, not already under its control. The acquisition involves the purchase of approximately 53.38% of Nera’s shares from Asia Systems Ltd. at S$0.075 per share, with the transaction expected to conclude by the end of October.
