ENN Energy Holdings Limited has announced that its affiliate, ENC Digital Technology, and its personnel received a warning letter from the Guangxi Regulatory Bureau for not publishing a required earnings forecast for 2023 and inaccuracies in financial reports from 2019 to 2022. The current CEO of ENN Energy, Mr. ZHANG Yuying, was previously the chairman of ENC Digital but his move to ENN Energy means the warning does not affect the company’s operations or finances.
