ENM Holdings Limited has announced that it will not renew the lease for its SWANK flagship fashion retail store in Central, Hong Kong, which is due to expire on 30 September 2024. The decision was made after evaluating the occupancy costs and SWANK’s business performance and plans. The company will keep operating its other SWANK stores in Hong Kong and will continue to adapt to the luxury fashion retail market conditions.
