An update from Enlight Renewable Energy ( (IL:ENLT) ) is now available.

On May 11, 2026, Midroog Ltd., an affiliate of Moody’s, assigned an A2.il rating with a positive outlook to Enlight’s new Series 7 debentures of up to NIS 550 million par value and to its existing bond series, reflecting confidence in the company’s growing global portfolio. The proceeds are expected to be used to refinance existing debt and support ongoing operations, while Enlight’s substantial capex program, strengthened capital base and nearly $1 billion in liquidity underpin its capacity to bring large U.S., European and Israeli projects into commercial operation, despite elevated macro uncertainty linked to Operation Lion’s Roar and Israel’s wartime environment.

Midroog highlighted Enlight’s stable, contracted revenues, high leverage typical of project finance, and improving geographical diversification, noting that EBITDA rose to $284 million in 2025 and is projected to climb sharply through 2028 as new projects come online. The shift in outlook from stable to positive signals potential for an upgrade if leverage and coverage metrics improve and cash flows diversify further, while warning that adverse regulatory shifts, weaker financial strength or major project delays could pressure the rating and affect bondholders’ risk profile.

The most recent analyst rating on (IL:ENLT) stock is a Sell with a ILs68.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Enlight Renewable Energy stock, see the IL:ENLT Stock Forecast page.
