Enigmo Sets May 1 Execution Date for U.S. Limousine Subsidiary Acquisition

Enigmo Inc., via its consolidated subsidiary BUYMA TRAVEL Inc., is proceeding with the acquisition of Krystal Enterprise Limousine, Inc., a U.S. limousine service operator that will become a second-tier subsidiary.
