EnerSys Board Revamp: New Nominations and Veteran Departures

EnerSys (ENS) has issued an update.

Hwan-Yoon F. Chung has chosen not to seek re-election on EnerSys’ board of directors to prioritize his other commitments. Meanwhile, EnerSys has nominated Dave Habiger and Lauren Knausenberger for board election, while long-serving directors Arthur T. Katsaros and General Robert Magnus are stepping down due to the company’s age policy. Paul J. Tufano is set to take over as Non-Executive Chair, with Steven M. Fludder assuming Tufano’s former role as Chair of the Compensation Committee.
