Enerplus Prepares for Upcoming Acquisition Vote

Enerplus Corporation (USA) (TSE:ERF) has released an update.

Enerplus Corporation has filed documents for a special shareholders’ meeting where a vote will be held on the acquisition of Enerplus by Chord Energy Corporation. Shareholders will receive a combination of Chord stock and cash for each Enerplus share they own. The meeting is scheduled for May 24, 2024, and the management urges shareholders to review the materials in advance.
