Energy World Corporation Ltd has extended its interim gas sales agreement with PT PLN Energi Primer Indonesia until September 2024, with an increased gas volume and price. The company has also notified shareholders of legal proceedings with Hankuk Carbon Co. Ltd and announced loan extensions and a new AUD20 million loan facility at a 12% interest rate. Primary expenses for the quarter were operational and administrative, including the maintenance of project development sites across Australia, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
