Greenland Minerals Limited ( (AU:ETM) ) has shared an update.

Energy Transition Minerals Ltd has confirmed that director Gan Lu retired and was not re-elected at its recent annual general meeting, prompting the company to terminate its non-binding memorandum of understanding with Chinese partner Le Shan Shenghe Rare Earth Company. The move reflects a reassessment of the now non-strategic relationship as the company sharpens its focus on defending its legal rights in Greenland and advancing the Penouta Project in Spain.

The company also reiterated that its dispute with Shenghe over a former “Top-Up Right” under a 2016 subscription agreement remains unresolved, though engagement between the parties is continuing. With the ASX indicating it will not adjudicate on the matter if third-party resolution is required, investors face ongoing uncertainty around the outcome of this legacy strategic relationship and any implications for the company’s capital and ownership structure.
