Energy Fuels Launches US Rare Earth Production

DelphX Capital Markets (TSE:DELX) has released an update.

Energy Fuels Inc. has announced the commencement of commercial production of on-spec neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) used for electric vehicle motors at its White Mesa Mill in Utah, achieving a significant milestone in U.S. rare earth element production. The company has efficiently reached full production capacity at its new Phase 1 REE separation circuit, producing NdPr at a lower cost than anticipated, while continuing its uranium production without disruption. This achievement marks the first time in decades that a U.S. company has commercially produced separated rare earth elements from monazite on a large scale.
