Energy Action Limited (AU:EAX) has released an update.

Energy Action Limited has announced a significant change in Director Murray Bleach’s interests, acquiring 816,987 direct and 33,130 indirect Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, priced at $0.20 each, as part of the company’s Entitlement Offer. This move has increased his direct holdings to 5,718,912 shares and indirect holdings to 231,905 shares, without any disposal of securities.
