Panos Benos, CFO of Energean plc, has transferred 233,908 ordinary shares from his employee share account to Adobelero Holdings Co. Limited, a closely associated entity, with no change in beneficial ownership. The transaction was conducted outside of a trading venue and did not involve any change in price, maintaining Benos’s position as the beneficial owner of the shares.
