ENEOS Holdings Reports Progress in Share Buyback

ENEOS Holdings (JP:5020) has released an update.

ENEOS Holdings, Inc. has announced an interim progress report on its share buyback program, revealing the repurchase of 30,126,300 common shares at a total cost of 22,710,473,700 yen within the month of September 2024. The buyback is part of a larger program approved by the board on May 14, 2024, allowing for the repurchase of up to 680 million shares, amounting to 22.68% of total issued shares, for a maximum of 215,897,777,190 yen by March 31, 2025. As of September 30, 2024, the company has cumulatively repurchased 153,823,100 shares, valued at 118,154,180,350 yen.
