ENEOS Holdings Reports Progress in Share Buyback

ENEOS Holdings (JP:5020) has released an update.

ENEOS Holdings, Inc. has announced progress in its ongoing share buyback program, having repurchased 49,871,000 of its common shares for a total of 36,065,473,280 yen between August 1 and August 31, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger plan approved by the board on May 14, 2024, to purchase up to 680 million shares, or 22.68% of its total issued shares, by March 31, 2025. As of August 31, the company has cumulatively repurchased 123,696,800 shares, amounting to 95,443,706,650 yen.
