Enel Chile Declares Hefty Final Dividend for 2023

Enel Chile (ENIC) has released an update.

Enel Chile S.A. has announced a final dividend distribution of CLP $275.379 billion, equivalent to CLP $3.98139 per share, which will be paid on May 29, 2024. This dividend represents 50% of the company’s net income for the fiscal year 2023, following the deduction of an interim dividend previously paid in January 2024. Shareholders will be informed about the tax credit associated with this dividend in due course.
