Enechange Ltd. (JP:4169) has released an update.
ENECHANGE Ltd. has revised its previously reported FY23 Q2 financial results under Japanese GAAP and submitted a corrected report. The revisions were made after an independent investigation advised the inclusion of a Special Purpose Company (SPC) within its consolidated scope, which also prompted a review of internal controls and accounting treatments in the EV charging business. The company will also correct its Q3 report for FY23 and has apologized for any inconvenience caused to stakeholders.
