ENECHANGE Ltd. has announced the resignation of Yohei Kiguchi as Representative Director and CEO, following an investigation into accounting practices related to the company’s EV charging business. An external committee report cited issues in internal control and misleading information, leading to his resignation. Masayoshi Hirata will assume the role of Chairman of the Board, with Tomoya Maruoka and Tatsuya Sogano slated to become the new CEO and COO respectively after September 3, 2024.
